Children of Israel/ Bani Israil:-

       This term (Bani Israil) is found in 12 different Suras and at least 28 Ayas (Verses): 2:40,211,246; 5:12,32,70,72,78,110; 7:105; 14:61; 17:101; 20:47,94; 27:76; 32:23; 44:30; 46:10; 61:6

2:47   O Children of Israel! call to mind the (special) favor which I bestowed upon You and that I preferred you to all others (for My message).

2:122     O Children of Israel! call to mind the special favor which I bestowed upon you and that I preferred you to all others (for my message).

*** According to the Quran, it was Allah who ‘preferred’ the    O Children of Israel above all others; it was NOT the Israelites who declared that they were the ‘Chosen People’ ***

3: 93        All food was lawful to the    O Children of Israel except what Israel made unlawful for itself before the Law (of Moses) was revealed.  Say: “Bring ye the Law and study it if ye be men of truth.”

*** As usual, the Quran is WRONG since all the FOOD PROHIBITIONS were ordained by GOD upon the    O Children of Israel NOT as a punishment but to make them a Holy People untainted by any vestiges of Paganism ***

7:137 And We made the Children of Israel, who were considered weak (and of no account), inheritors of lands in both east and west, - lands whereon We sent down Our blessings. The fair promise of thy Lord was fulfilled for the Children of Israel, because they had patience and constancy, and We leveled to the ground the great works and fine buildings which Pharaoh and his people erected (with such pride).
10:93 We settled the Children of Israel in a beautiful dwelling-place, and provided for them sustenance of the best: it was after knowledge had been granted to them.

17: 2        We gave Moses the Book and made it a Guide to the Children of Israel…(commanding): “Take not other than Me as Disposer of (your) affairs.” ….

17: 4        And We gave (clear) warning to the Children of Israel in the Book that twice would they do mischief on the earth and be elated with mighty arrogance (and twice would they be punished)!....

17:104 And We said thereafter to the Children of Israel “Dwell securely in the land (of promise)”: but when the second of the warnings came to pass [fa itha jaa'a wa'adu'l akherati ] We gathered you together in a mingled crowd.

*** The interpreter has deliberately mistranslated the portion – as he and others like him have been doing for centuries - [2: 104 "but when the second of the warnings came to pass"]  should have been [if the the promised Final Day arrives]  because he wanted it to be a continuation of 17:4 thus changing the meaning and deceiving the readers.

This last verse proves – beyond a shadow of a doubt - that the Quran is declaring that it is the will of Allah to gather the Children of Israel again [from the four corners of the earth] in their promised land before the End of Days.

This is, in fact, the concept of the Jewish Messianic Era. Accordingly, no Muhammadan Muslim has the right to interfere with the ingathering of the Jews in Israel, as it is His will to allow this.

Accordingly, it is the Muhammadan Arabs who are occupying Jewish
 land ***

20: 80 O ye Children of Israel! We delivered you from your enemy and We made a Covenant with you on the side of Mount (Sinai) and We sent down to you Manna and quails:
32:23 And certainly We gave the Book to Moses, so be not in doubt concerning the receiving of it, and We made it a guide for the Children of Israel ... 24 And We made of them Guiding Lights and leaders to guide by Our command as they were patient, and they were certain of Our communications.

44: 32 And We have chosen them (the Children of Israel) above the 'Alamîn [mankind, and jinns] and our choice was based on a deep knowledge.

       # 4712        From degrading servitude, Israel was delivered, and taken, in spite of many rebellions and backslidings on the way, to "a land flowing with milk and honey", where later they established the glorious kingdom of David and Solomon. This was not merely fortuitous. In Allah's decree it was to be a link in furthering His Plan. But their being chosen did not mean that they could do what they liked. In that sense there is no "chosen race" before Allah. But Allah gives every race and every individual a chance, and when the race or individual fails to live up to it, he or it must fall and give place to others #

*** The translator is implying that the Quran gives humans FREE WILL which of course is not TRUE or correct since most verses of the Quran - and Hadiths - assert the DOGMA of PRE-DESTINATION hence disallowing the concept of Free Will ***

45:16 We did aforetime grant to the Children of Israel the Book the Power of Command and Prophethood; We gave them for Sustenance things good and pure; and We favored them above the nations.

*** It was NOT the Israelites or the Jews who declare that they are the "Chosen People" but it was Allah afterall  who FAVOURED the Children of Israel and asserted that he "favored them above the nations" ***
